- Our bonded employees pick up your records boxes, transfer them to our records centre, scan all boxes into our inventory system and then place them onto industry designed records storage shelves
- Our state of the art computerized tracking system records and tracks the exact location of all boxes in our records centre
- Computer generated barcode labels are affixed to every box for ease of retrieval
- Boxes are bar-coded, scanned, and individually tracked. We can locate any box when you need it
- Web access information management system creates a database listing of the contents of your boxes so you can manage the records stored with us from your own office
- Storage boxes are designed to provide years of storage without crumpling or damaging
- High-density metal rivet shelving racking system ensures maximum protection for your boxes and documents
