Retrieval and Delivery

You never really know when you'll need that inactive file that you’ve sent out to storage. We offer flexibility for whenever you need to access your files. Your records are available to you within as little as 3 hours during a business day. Simply call us and we’ll deliver boxes or individual files back to your office. Our specialized inventory tracking system allows us to quickly retrieve your documents from our storage shelves and deliver them to you. If you prefer, you can arrange to pick them up yourself during normal business hours. Our standard delivery is Next Day but we also offer Same Day Rush service. Your records will be delivered to you by our bonded employees. Other options include faxing or scanning of individual documents directly to you.

Scanning Your Documents

Another alternative to accessing individual documents from the boxes you store with us is scanning. In many situations, you may only need to review a copy of a document from within a file or a box. Rather than pulling out the original document and delivering it to you, Stronghold can conveniently scan your documents into a digital image format that you then access directly from our secure website for viewing or printing. We can also scan entire files and send them to you in a digital format. We can help you evaluate your current situation and assess what is the best option.
